Donate $500 to the ClownCare Program in memory of or in honor of someone.
This will enable us to start a ClownCare Program in a new hospital to spread
cheer to tolddlers who are ill,their siblings and parents.

For your generous donation we will:

1) Include the person's photo and story on this web site.
2) Put a decal with the name of the person you are honoring on the ClownMobile
below the "George" decal.

3) Send you a picture of the ClownMobile with the person's name.

Send the story, photo, your name, phone number or email address and the date of
your donation to: clowns@clowncareld.org

Please indicate whether the decal should say "In honor of" or "In memory of."
